Fix Time Fix Diet
Wake Up Time-  6.30AM
 
1st Intake-  7AM
 
   
( To be taken with in 30 Minutes of wake up)
 
1 cup tea/cofee/milk + 2 biscuit/1 Rusk
2nd Intake- Breakfast - 9.45AM.
 ( To be taken after a gap of  3Hrs to 4.5 Hrs of  1st Meal )
 
1 Plate Poha/ Upma
       or
2 Roti/ Paratha +1 bowl Veggie
        or
2 Stuffed Paratha
3rd Intake- Lunch-  2PM
  ( To be taken after a gap of  3Hrs to 4.5 Hrs of  2nd Meal )
 
3 Roti + 1 Bowl Dal + 1 Bowl Rice + 1 Bowl Veggie
+ salad
 
 Dal Can be replaced by Chana, Razma, Chhole, Mutter
, Paneer, Kadhi, other besan made items or non veg (chiken, Fish, Mutton).
4th Intake- Evening Snacks- 6PM
  ( To be taken after a gap of  3Hrs to 4.5 Hrs of  3rd Meal )
 
 1 Cup tea/cofee + 4 biscuits/ 2 breads/
 half bowl bhel/ 2 Rusk etc
5th Intake- Dinner- 9.30PM
 ( To be taken after a gap of  3Hrs to 4.5 Hrs of  4th Meal )
2 Roti + 1 Bowl Rice + 1 Bowl Veggie 
 + Salad, Curd.
        Or
3 Roti + 1 Bowl Veggie  + Salad, Curd
